Re: [cameroon_politics] WHY CAMEROON HAS HAD ONLY TWO PRESIDENTS IN 60 YEARS

It is because of  Ambazonians (Scians) divert the attention of Cameroonians. Cameroonians tell them everyday to leave them alone and they are afraid to go home. By the way, why are Ambazonians concerned with how a separate independent neighbor that achieved its political independence from France on January 1st, 1960 is governed?

Ahmadou Ahidjo in Washington DC in 1982 a few months before he "peacefully" handed over power to his successor Paul Biya.

Compare with the following "Change of Governments (either through the Democratic process or through a "Coup d,Etat" of two Anglophone countries and two Francophone countries and view the development index of these same countries since Independence. It simply begs the question: Have those countries that have opted for democratic or Military forceful change fared better than those so-called "Peaceful" Francophone countries?
Social scientists and anthropologists are better placed to do a compare and contrast scenario and give us the answers we are seeking. Nothing stops you from drawing your own conclusions.
