Building Brand of an Institute: Students are our brand ambassadors
Brand of the Institute happens through the Students of the institute, not through the money you spend on advertising. Advertising or promotion can get you admissions, but if organizations do not provide the quality infrastructure, education and faculty, students would definitely feel cheated, and create negative publicity among the student community. With the availability of the social media, the message spreads like a wild fire, and organizations will have difficult time in controlling these negative publicity.

Institutes basically have to strengthen their infrastructure, good and stable faculty(today turnover in many institutes are more than 25 - 30%. And many of the institutes in order to cut costs fire and hire, and preferences are given more to the new comers to the academic field. Which drastically affects the quality of education.), and quality of education, if possible good placements. This will automatically create positive publicity through the students, and also brings in the companies for campus placements, once these students join the organizations and show their abilities and prove themselves in those organizations.

Hence I feel, we have to use Students as effective means of Brand Building. And they are our True Brand Ambassadors.
