I don't think students or teachers should/will have any issue with such an initiative. It just requires arrangements for a day.

Afterall students do stay for long during their sports or annual event. Similarly, they may be thankful for such initiative that the PM of the himself is concerned for them.

Rather than whinning over we should welcome this step with open arms.
