Understand and Analyze defects identified in Production and Lower Life Cycle environments Prepare and deliver Ad Hoc report requests from different interfacing teams and managers Support Resolution of defects identified and prioritized by Managers/Leads Provide On Call (rotation based) support for high severity issues outside regular business hours Prepare Standard Operating procedure documentation for L1/L2 teams to resolve recurring/known issues Support production release/deployments Track and Report metrics on timely basis
