Shouldn't the teachers competency be effected by the quality vs quantity of work, resources and academic freedom..placed at his/her disposal...
After all you need an environment to show your competency.

Process Guidelines - Timeline
1. Literature review.- Time frame for completion (by November end)
2. A pilot proposal for TCI model. The model needs to be as compact and
as short as possible, i.e., number of criteria/factors be minimum that are
quantifiable.( by 10th December)
3. Obtain feedback. (by December, 2014 end)
4. Improve the model.(mid January, 2015)
5. Test the pilot model in respective Management Institutes (till
mid. February,2015)
6. Carryout statistical analysis and ensure validity of
model.(end of February, 2015)
7. MTCG TCI Model be announced.( 1st week of March ,2015)
8. Time frame: 4 months
Awaiting your finalisation and posting after any addition alteration
to the members.
