WebLogic Administrator
Location: Reston, VA, Mt. Laurel, NJ, or Philadelphia, PA
Interview Process: Phone and then In-Person interview (Possible Skype)
Duration : 8+ Months Contract
Send the Candidates local to NJ or VA OR PA
Responsibilities
Attending daily status meetings, providing updates
Work on WebLogic environment build out and support
Responding to e-mails promptly; taking ownership of the platform and being accountable to stakeholders
Interfacing with and reporting to management
Professional Requirements
5-6 years of WebLogic administration (10.3.5. 11C)
5-6 years Operations management experience (ideally in a 24x7 environment) with outage and incident management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (great team player with the ability to work independently)
Experience supporting WebLogic Servers in a Linux operating environment
Experience working in a UNIX environment
Good scripting knowledge, either Perl, Shell, wlst.
Education Requirements
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study: Engineering, Computer Science
Years' Experience: Generally requires 5-8 years of experience
Desired Skill Set
Someone who has worked with in various capacities of WebLogic administration in a large, fast-paced corporate environment
