Title: PeopleSoft Consultant

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 03/09/2015 to 10/18/2015

Interview: Phone/Webex – onsite interview not required at this time

 

Need someone who is a technical resource to help with the testing and validation of the data flowing from PeopleSoft from Workday.

Requirements

·         Technical PeopleSoft payroll expertise

·         Strong Functional PeopleSoft payroll

·         5 – 10+ years of payroll experience

·         PeopleSoft experience for US is a must and If experience with Puerto Rico, Canada preferred

·         Ability to create complex PeopleSoft queries

·         Ability to work potential weekends

·         Experience with Cognos

·         Interface analysis experience

·         Creation of test cases and participation in testing

·         Experience with data analytical tool

Bachelors Prefer not a must other related field or equivalent work experience and 6+ years of IT work experience in infrastructure/systems environments performing systems planning, data modeling, architecture design, engineering (hardware and software) and optimization.

Responsible for providing senior level expertise/technical guidance on decisions and priorities regarding the enterprises overall systems architecture.

Tracks industry trends and maintains knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprises architecture needs.

Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.

Reviews, advises and designs standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, disaster recovery, cost benefit analysis and impact on the enterprise business process and goals.

Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards.

Assists in the development of and manages an architecture governance process.

Provides technical guidance to project team areas as appropriate.

Demonstrates specific technological expertise in highly utilized application packages including but not limited to CRM (Salesforce), ERP (PeopleSoft), RPTG (Cognos)/ETL (DataStage), or other (PEGA, Sharepoint, PAM, Ariba, etc).
