Description:
- Retail Banking knowledge
- Business/Quality Analysis and related documentation.
- Ability to translate customer needs into application requirements, creating a solution description, and providing the associated design.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are a must.
- Requirement Analysis, Design, Reviews, Quality & Testing and Client Interaction.
- Support and/or enhance business and technical requirements into system high level design and application design.
- Work on documenting as-is, to-be, gap analysis scenarios
- Document functional and non functional requirements in addition to knowledge of STMs.
- Create and execute test plans in order to verify application and software functions per design specifications.
- Design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
- To incorporate business knowledge and technology, to plan, organize and perform project related activities.
- Set up test conditions for performing Unit/User/Integration testing.
- Act as project manager in internal projects.
- Proper communication and interaction with all levels of management
- Drive business requirement gathering meetings and illicitation
