It is unethical, but who cares, in our Sonarpur Station Road Kolkata where we were there only , now in a stretch of 3 kms there are 6 colleges. So its not 30-40 kms but 4 kms for us.
One of the colleges even goes on to say that they arrange for placements for our prestigious Future Inst. Of Engg. and Mgmt.

Rules are made to be broken and the apex body is responsible for not having any vigilance and breaking the rules created by it only for selfish personal reasons of the sanctioning authority concerned- Rgrds, Dr Subrata chattopadhyay
