Job Description:

·         3+ years previous experience as a Scrum Master 

·         Agile/Scrum Certification

·         Experience with teaching Agile 

·         Experience with Waterfall 

·         Vocal, hands on demeanor

·         Understanding and application of best practice in hybrid environment

·         Strong understanding of agile principles with the ability to direct the team                based on those principles

·         Ability to identify team issues proactively and able to correct them team and guide team to an appropriate course of action 

·         Strong problem resolution skills 

·         Strong leadership skills

·         Ability to put together training materials and presentations

·         Excellent communication

·         Background in Technologies (distributed, specifically with mobile apps)

 

POSITION: GUIDEWIRE WITH JAVA

 

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Description :

 

Guide wire Developer with Claim Center exp 6.0/7.0/ or higher version

Insurance or Financial Background

GW Configuration / Integration Experience ( Both should be ideal - If not any one should be fine)

Java/ J2EE , Web services development background is must

Candidate has to work with requirement team and Business team. Solid communication skills needed.
