[MTC Global] Candidate, not College

Dear Colleagues                                                                                                                              6/4/15

Quality isn't expensive...It's priceless .

Mike Salowey C.E.P. Region Sales Manager at Echopass

In continuation to our earlier discussion on premium institutions of India.

13 IIM"s & 16 IIT"s are good for a 40 crore India & have transformed it from an underdeveloped nation to a fast developing country. Today, its a different scene; a 125 crore India which has witnessed mind boggling growth in multifarious ways, expanded in a plethora of sectors & is all set to be an emerging Super power by 2030. We have around 100 institutions which are on the verge of becoming world class. We must think of having at least 200 more institutions of global standards & top notch quality in all major streams - Engg, Medicine, Law, Management, Pharmacy. MTC G can also start a movement, to make it happen, in whatever capacity.

And more important, these 200 institutions must enable a stupendous Technology Transfer to the other 10000 affiliated colleges, University campus colleges & good autonomous ones. That will change India.

Me or many senior professionals, who are not from an IIT or IIM, have been sharing our domain knowledge for many yrs now on this august MTC G platform. It is acknowledged & appreciated globally by Professionals including academicians & alumni with IIT, IIM & other premier institutions background.

Reason ? Quality understands Quality. Quality seeks Quality. Quality differentiates the excellent from mediocre. Quality attracts Quality, too.

Rich Experience defeats Qualifications - Ramesh Vemuganti

It clearly proves that Industry Skills, Relevant Experience & Updated Knowledge are Supreme.

Do not be concerned if you could not get into IIT/ IIM/ top Institution in India. Background does not matter. Every one cannot get into them & there are some restrictions too. One can take up an admission in a decent college & continue the journey. A student can excel in any field of endeavour from any institution. Its all about the candidate, not college.

regards

Ramesh Vemuganti
