Seeking candidates with Exceptional communication and home loan experience. 

Java Programmer Analyst

Build in house self-service interface for Home Loans business analyst and operations managers to leverage to pull common data from the data warehouse. Leverage existing scripts to create a code repository and the scripts will need to be executed from a web interface and the results returned to the user through a batch mechanism initially and an interactive mechanism long-term. Will work very independently and help mentor the DAs, so they can be productive in this space as well.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Financial Services clients
• 3 years of experience with HTML, Java, and Java Script
• Coordinating others work while involved with multiple work streams
• Served as "lead" BSA on multiple project lifecycles
• 3+ years of significant experience in industry
• 5+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases or projects
• Deep knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures
• 5+ years Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, business process design
• Lean/Agile development experience
• 3+ years of QA experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members)
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals
• Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges
• Demonstrated experience to influence and coordinate third parties and suppliers

Skill set:

• Java
• JavaScript/HTML5
• Grails Framework
• Spring MVC
• SQL (strong SQL skills will be needed)
• Experience in working with remote systems and RESTful services are preferred.
• Typical experience is always preferred as well
