Unless we hv good quality education coupled with good placements there will always be a brain drain.
For good. Quality placements the GDP has to grow by around 8%. Capital expenditure has to take place. Industry has to invest and finally industry has to employ.
Industry waits for narendra modi to act and deliver.  Make in India has to take place. When? 2020? 2050? Or 2070??

The real challenge for all of us is to ensure that there are a large number of reasonably priced high quality Higher Education programs in our country.

 

That will stop the brain drain that is happening to US Australia and other countries when 18 year olds decide that is the gateway to a better future
