so judges in the court define them. I would agree that judging others is based on the  standards/definitions in us and that doesn't mean that our opinion/expectation is wrong, if need arises for self analysis then personality theories like self perception/concept theory of personality that includes glass shelf doesn't contribute.
When an employee continuously fails to complete his assigned tasks without mistakes and judging his efficiency is about the definition/expectation in the employer that need to be met and we cannot say these quotes to justify what we do is correct is my opinion.
