It is neither failure nor success makes you a great individual. But 'Resilience'- An inner quality of the person to bounce back after the failure. Resilience involves optimism, hopefulness, focusing on the goal and humility. Failures are common, but how you tackled your failure and going towards your goal makes you a champion.
