Job Description

Number of Openings 2 Business Analyst positions Years of Experience 7-10 JD -Business Analyst experience including the use of best practices. -Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs (especially infrastructure related needs) and translate them into application and operational requirements. -Proven ability to comprehend technical systems and processes and possess the technical knowledge needed to work with the infrastructure, development and quality assurance teams at a detailed level. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter experts. -The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to work well with other business areas, often under tight deadlines. -Strong problem solving and decision making skills. -Strong organizational, time management skills and teamwork skills. -Manages traceability of requirements across the project -Adheres to the RACI outlined in the PLC/TLC in the performance of activities Mandatory skills Business Analysis skills and Life Insurance domain knowledge Good to have skills Experience with BluePrint or other requirements management software Familiarity with Microsoft Project Domain Life Insurance - Claims processing, Compliance Work Location Clinton, NJ
