The purpose of the position to augment the ERM (Enterprise Request Management) project staff.
The current need is to build request management application Procurement and Security teams.
5 years' experience Strong knowledge of ITSM based ITIL.
Looking for Senior Business Analyst to help with ServiceNow Application development projects phases: Discovery, Requirements Verification, Quality Assurance, Testing and any training sessions if needed.
Skill Set:
Requirements Analysis and Documentation - Senior (3-5 years)
Document Test Cases - Senior (3-5 years)
Communication Skills (written & verbal) - Senior (+5 years)
Assist in testing and business communication - Senior (3-5 years)
High level interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization Ensure that technical designs meet functional design requirements as well as maintain the integrity and sustainability of the application Ability to work in Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
