Must have Portfolio
Responsibilities:
• Visualize, develop, and manage cross-platform user experience. Explain product through UI.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, prototypes, user flows and use cases
• Explore new design and product concepts, validate them with users, and rapidly iterate
• Solid experience with Customer experience and Interaction
• Create storyboards and wireframes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver an amazing experience to end users
• Be an advocate for the consumer and evangelize UX best practices throughout the organization
Ideal Candidate:
• Start-up experience in fast-paced agile environment desired
• 4+ years work experience as UI/UX designer
• Expert in Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Prior experience designing for mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• Prior experience interacting with end users to understand needs and pain points
• Technical skills with HTML5 and CSS3
• Passionate about innovation and creating truly compelling user experiences
• Self-motivated problem-solver with strong sense of urgency
