1. 4% subsidy in intt rate for housing loan upto 9 lakhs
2. 3% subsidy in intt rate for housing loan upto 12 lakhs
3. Loan @3% on housing in rural area for construction renovation of home.
4. Small traders credit guarantee to increase frm 1 cr to 2 cr loan.
5. 60 days intt on agriculture loan frm cooperative bank will be paid by govt.
6. Mudra loan limit might get doubled
7. 6000 rs will be paid to pregnant ladies in rural area to reduce death rate of ladies.
8. Senior citizen 8% intt to be fixed for 10 yrs on FD upto Rs 7.50 lakhs.
