Re: [MTC Global] bylaws

Every institution shall bound to follow the rules, regulations, procedures ordinance etc as prescribed by Regulatory authorities such as  UGC, AICTE, concern University, Director of Technical/Higher Education, Admission Regulatory Authority, Fee Regulatory Authority in regards to admission, faculty recruitment and qualifications , faculty scale, fee charged to students, infrastructure etc.
In addition a private Institute may have its trust by-laws for administration of the trust. These should not be contradictory to the rules etc of Regulatory bodis.

However, unfortunately a large number of Institutions are violating the regulations of the Regulatory Bodies.
This shall be a matter of serious concern for all of us !

Warm Regards !

Dear all,

May I know whether any institution can be governed through bylaws?

As far as I know that, many institutions follows different protocols and fixes the work load and compensation based on its policies. Many such profit oriented and cost cutting policies demoralises employees passion for the growth and development of institutions.

Please clarify whether every institution is bound to follow the rules made by aicte, ugc, or government. Or the owners have got choice to run technical courses as per bylaws?
