In order to develop infrastructure and resources for launching programs in the campus for Career Academics the first step is to select Competency Model which may be used for identifying training needs:

  • Learning abilities and personal development,
  • Career planning skills,
  • Managerial skills,

Outcome indicators:
  • Relationship quality,
  • Number of conflicts,
  • Level of cooperation,
  • Group Learning curve,
  • Goal attainment,
  • Motivation,
  • Adaptability,
Next step shall include Industry-Integrated-Training for Domain-Expertise.
