We at MTC have been advocating radical changes the way business schools are teaching. My question; is our faculty ready to take responsibility of carrying out the transition to new system.

What we need is complete revamp of Business school system. We are following so much of traditional system which requires total transformation in tune with the present time. Competency Enhancement knowledge Application research framework will address all these issues incorporating academic experts views.

But the level of corruption, hypocracy, control by bureaucrats, politicians really put off MBA graduates. They would rather be in some happy corner in an organisation. Any corruption in corporation is handled by designated employees and others are clean.
So then why do we complain about corruption,lack of infrastructure and a whole lot of issues? We the people allowed it to happen-it is one thing to say the politician is corrupt-it is we who fed the dragon that today wants to burn us.More so the educated .Hypocrisy-well I worked in the Corporate and less said the better-the boot licking to get a promotion beats all .Happy corner is a misnomer .
