Dr. Penn spent the past 25 years at the Cleveland Clinic, during that time he was medical director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, director of the Center for Cardiovascular Cell Therapy, director of the Bakken Heart-Brain Institute and the director of Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship Training Program.
