It's not all about "friends" (although you have plenty in all of us in ACE ;)...it's a better, high tech way to communicate! Just like anything else, it will take some time to learn, but you all will love how advanced the new online community is...there's NOTHING like it!
And like Tim said, if he can do it, ANYONE CAN!! It's very easy to navigate!
And FYI - an app is in the works, making it even easier and more advanced than anything you've ever seen in dentistry!
