You mean the 2.6% that would be helped....? The others get the nice advantage of the side effects........

That was sort of the message in Bill's original post- that people who have suffered from coronary disease or heart attacks do get some benefit from statins, but those who don't show any signs of CAD do not get enough benefit to outweigh the negative side effects.
