dear sir,
In my opinion,this is a good step to enhance the teaching
profession.In current scenario,anybody is not interested in teaching
profession,if at last he/she is not found job anywhere then at last go
to this profession,the reason is that the salary is not equivalent to
the industry and anybody can not grow their career as much .Another
reason is that the atmosphere is not competitive ,if anybody want to
do research ,the proper guidance is not available,and the qualitative
teachers are not awarded according to their performance.If anybody
wants teaching as his/her career,.then salary will not be given as
compared to industry/MNC .
