Required Skills
Hands on working knowledge of IBM MDM Server version 8, 8.5, 9 Hands on data modeling solution design in IBM MDM.
Good client interaction skills Technical/Business/Management experience
3-4 years experience in MDM Server, hands on and full lifecycle technology implementations as a Lead or Architect Experience with overall Application Architecture in Master Data Management (MDM) with understanding of different components at the business, technology and data layers Experience with migration and product upgrades in MDM space including leading non-functional requirements to support the work.
Provides direction and guidance to less experienced team members on ETL, Data Quality and MDM activities.  Reviews data loaded into MDM and data warehouse for consistency and accuracy.  Reviews data modeling and database design activities within the Information Management team.  Facilitates consistent business analysis, data acquisition and access analysis and design, Database Management Systems optimization, archiving and recovery strategy, load strategy design and implementation, security and change management at the enterprise level.  Creates testing methodology and criteria.  Designs and coordinates a curriculum for coaching and training customers in the use of business intelligence tools to enhance business decision-making capability.  Develops standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems.  Develops and manages data/information quality metrics. Troubleshoots and tunes existing data warehouse applications.  Researches new technology and develops business cases to support enterprise wide business intelligence solutions.
Required Experience
Experience in Technology /Architecture/design services for IBM MDM (formerly IBM WebSphere Customer Center "WCC") Experience in Technology /Architecture/design for IBM MDM for Product Information Management "PIM" (IBM WebSphere Product Center "WPC") is desirable. Comprehensive knowledge of ETL process in MDM space and associated batch framework including tuning.
Experience with all MDM Customer and Product domains and schema  as well as data/service mapping Deep understanding of customer data and best practices for its storage and manipulation Experience in defining/standardizing end to end project life cycle and execution methodologies Familiar with ILOG BRMS and integration with MDM is desirable. Expertise in integration of IBM MDM with other systems using SOA including ESB as well as understanding of web services, XML schemas, XML and XSLT
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. At least ten years experience in the architect, design, and support Large scale DW and Information Management solutions. Experience working on systems with complex data flow, high transaction rates and processing, and with large transactional and reporting databases. Experience in Data Access, Web and Web Services application development techniques. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Windows Applications. Demonstrated full life cycle data warehousing project experience. Knowledge of Data Governance, Quality, and Profiling concepts.
Preferred Requirements:  Master's degree.  Experience with C# on the Microsoft.Net Framework.  Microsoft certifications.  Healthcare Payer experience.  Prior experience in development and support of Logical and Physical using Erwin and in providing guidance towards infrastructure, storage, and capacity planning.  Experience in MS SQL development environment with a focus on SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) /SSAS (SQL Server Analytics Services)/SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). Experience in a MDM tool set.
