- 3+ years experience with BASIS Administration and Solution Manager to manage configuration changes and the solution landscape

- 3+ years experience supporting the analysis, documentation, planning and implementation of upgrades

- SAP System Monitoring and Technical Configuration

- System and Solution Documentation

- BASIS Administration and Solution Manager to manage configuration changes (Charm) and the solution landscape

- Support the analysis, documentation, planning and implementation of any upgrades that may include:  hardware upgrades, functional upgrades, SAP upgrades, system patches, and data cleanup

- Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions
