Required Skills
• Minimum 7 years of technical PeopleSoft experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.0/8.9
• Proficient in PeopleTools 8.52 including Peoplecode, Application Messaging, and Application Engine
• Proficient in Oracle 11g DB
• In-depth functional/technical knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.1 HR, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Candidate Gateway modules.
• Responsible for writing detailed design documentation and development of these requirements.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of turn around.
• Good communications skills

Desired Skills
• Hands on experience in integration technologies including Integration Broker, Component Interface and Business Interlinks.
• Expertise in upgrade to PeopleSoft HCM 8.9
