It may be big for some but nothing for others. I do it this way. I have
the patient, if responsible, titrate themselves on a day they have nothing
to do. I give them a script for ten and have them start with 0.125 while
watching TV. If that does nothing then take another. If 0.250 zaps them
then we have our dosage. I have quite a few that it takes 0.50 to get
sedated and that is awake but sedated. I never want them anyway but awake.
We have a pulse oxometer on them at all times.
