Sir,
Abosultely well said. It is because of the CCTV kept in the organisation, people tend to exhibit the expected behaviour.
Another research , which polled more than 300 workers in Spain and was conducted by the psychology department at the University of Valencia, shows that employees who are not having secured feeling ( when somebody constantly watches us ) is directly and negatively linked to satisfaction in work and life and also affects performance and commitment.
In my observation, any strategy adopted for developing the business/education is acceptable but adopting a method where one does not bring any results ???
Good values must be imbibed by the organisation's philosopher (owner) and fear should not be a driving force for performance.

Subject: [MTC Global] Values/Fear ?
Many CEO are quick to trumpet the values of their organization and how these values inspire and motivate their workforce. But according to a new report, in the vast majority of American organizations it isn't values that drive employee behaviour, it's fear.
