According to my opinion, it is a fair policy because of following reasons
1. Old employees has Strong Problem Solving, and trouble shooting
skills
2. The maturity and interest to mentor co-worker based on their years of
experience in workplace.
3. Old employees has a strong work ethic to the workplace
4. Old employees has ability to work autonomously
5. Ability to think on their feet
6. Old employees feel excitement about changes in the workplace as it
relates to new technology
7. Old employees has the ability to draw on past experience to make
critical decisions and use old judgments based on past experience
We can say It is fair policy because old employees has more skills than
fresh employees. So, salary of old employees definitely will be higher than
fresh employees.
