Urgent Need:- Project Manager with Healthcare Experience in Epic//Maine//3+month
Position: Project Manager
Location: Maine
Duration: 3+months
Job Details:
Strong project management skills in the areas of:Organization,Tracking issues, actions, and resolutions
Efficiency and effectiveness with communications and work processesWorking with varying levels within the organization to support information gathering and responding to identified issues
Ability to coordinate actions, including change management, across multiple teams in IT and beyond
Ability to use office tools for project management, reporting and monitoring the Users and Security team is dealing with a LOT of data right now.
Summary of PM Tasks/Scope:
Work with a large team to identify and resolve roadblocks or issues with the identification of users and their access needs.
Coordinate account management and oversight processes for new and changing accounts (10,000+ users)
Work as a liaison with other connected teams, such as the learning team and Patient Confidentiality, and the MMC Accounts team.
Work with other PMs and leadership to negotiate for critical resources and/or remove bottlenecks in processes
Support tasks needed for go-live preparations and pre-go-live activities needed.
Coordinate the tasks necessary for automation of Epic provider and account provisioning (this is not currently part of the U&S Workgroup but absolutely critical to support the level of account and provider record management necessary going forward).
Work with a highly specialized team (Privacy, Security, HIM, and others) to complete the build, testing and validation of Epic configurations for sensitive information protection.
Coordinate actions and communications necessary to implement the finalized build into existing production functionality IN ADVANCE of go-live
Support the technical and process components necessary for having one login for Epic, Lawson, Kronos, ePSI, SCC, and PACs.
The design is complete, but the tasks need coordination support for rapid rollout this summer
