# Positions	1.         Should have expertise in IBM InfoSphere Information Server – especially on DataStage Administration; must have good understanding of DataStage administrative tools and commands (command level interface and through DataStage administrator client as well) 2.         Must have good knowledge on DataStage architecture, Security 3.         Proven experience on monitoring resource utilization and proactively identifying DataStage job performance and resource issues (network, disk usage, memory usage, etc.) 4.         Good knowledge in UNIX Shell Scripting and administrative commands 5.         Should have the capability / experience in installation of DataStage on UNIX servers 6.         Should be process oriented 7.         Client facing and good communication skills
