Job Title: Siebel Project Manager
Location: Fort Worth TX
Duration: 12 Months

Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 10+ Years (minimum)

Functional / Managerial Skills :
. Must have managed one or more big or multiple Siebel projects
. Ability to interact with IT team (MD & above), Business champions, elicit requirements and propose suitable solution options
. Interface with Senior Business leaders to identify problem areas and propose appropriate solution based on Siebel platform
. Excellent communication skills
. Consulting industry preferred
. Worked at overseas customer location's on functional and Project leader ship roles
. Well versed with developing time, resource estimates and project plans for execution

Preferred Experience
. Siebel Certification
. Hands-on experience in Loyalty solution implementation
. Ability to understand loyalty concepts and map suitable entities in Siebel based on requirements

Roles & Responsibilities
. Project Management of Siebel Implementation and support project.
. Customer expectations management.
. Daily interactions with IT & Business champion.
. Ability to delegate work.
. Work in onsite - offshore delivery model.
