The Job Description of the SAP BI HR Testing resource at onsite is as below :

 

-          Candidate must have 5-6 years experience in SAP BI related development and testing projects which consist of only HR Reporting.

-          Candidate should have worked on at least 3-4 BI projects, with HR as a back end source for the BI data

-          Modules in HR that the candidate should be well versed in are PA, OM, Time, Payroll.

-          The candidate should possess excellent skills in creating SAP BI / HR test scripts and scenarios based on objects provided

-          The candidate should be able to carry out the end to end testing for the scenarios created, and well versed with all forms of testing, and methodologies employed

-          Candidate must possess excellent written and communication skills
