SharePoint Consultant ( MOSS 2010 experience )

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6-12+ month

SharePoint Specialist

- Collaborate with project team to gather SharePoint requirements and create use case documentation
- Configure MOSS 2010 SharePoint Site Collections in support of use cases; to include branding, template creation, securing the environment, creation of standard access levels
- Work with project team to secure SharePoint to DoD DIACAP standards
- Document all configuration and customizations for training and support purposes
- Document support/request processes for new SharePoint environment
- Create support and knowledge documentation for help desk, SharePoint support teams and end-users
- Create training documentation and provide training to end-users as needed
- Create SharePoint site for sharing knowledge and documents
- Report progress to project team
- Manage SharePoint support queues including support tickets and service requests
