We are going through our end of the year reports and setting goals for next year, marketing budget, evaluations etc My team was having the discussion of when to archive patients. If the patient hasn't been in the office in 2 years or 3 years for anything? IF they came for new patient exam a year ago and never came back for restorative? IF they came for 6ms consult and never came back?

These people show up on our unscheduled tx report and have insurance left but its been at least 2 years since we've seen them. Obviously we have called with no response on at least 2 occasions.
