Robust web service that can be scalable across the enterprise (ex: Mobility, Portal, etc)
UX design

Expertise and Skills Expected:
Sr level with at least 7 and above years of exp

Detailed technical design or System Specification Design (SSD),

High level design, unit testing scripts, deployment support, bug fixes, system integration testing
Remedy, Inquira, Webservice, Java, ESB, Webmethods, Java App servers,
