This 50 year old woman has external resorption for sure and possibly internal. Is it worth doing a root canal and try to preserve for a while? I did a what was supposed to be a small class 5 buccal that wound up extending into a direct pulp hit. She is symptomatic and I need to make a plan. Thanks
