Position: Novell Identity Management Engineer
Location: Tempe, AZ
Duration: 6 Months Contract
About the Opportunity
We are actively seeking a Novell IDM Engineer who will thrive in an environment that allows for the design and implementation of creative security solutions. The right engineer has a deep passion and thorough knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, and how they contribute in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities include:
· Design and implementation of IDM, and Access Management solutions
· Maintenance of IDM solutions
· The ability to additionally, code/ customize the current and future environment a BIG plus.
About You
· BS in a Computer Related Major and/or 5 plus years of specific career experience
· 2+ years of experience with implementation, user provisioning, and troubleshooting experience
· 3+ years of experience in managing IT solution deployments through the full software development lifecycle.
· Knowledge of Security and J2EE standards such as Struts, JSR168/286, WSDL, Web 2.0 and/or WSRP, CISSP, CISA, PMP a plus
· Ability to build resource adapters, integrate role-based access control, Single Sign¬ On, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with existing applications and systems.
· Have a working knowledge of and be able to implement and manage Roles Based Access Control (RBAC)
· Working knowledge of provisioning and workflow capabilities
· Experience working with Novell Identity Manager, Access Manager, eDirectory, etc.
· The ability to create/modify and customize various types of Identity Manager connectors
· Knowledge of scripting languages, programming or development experience, a plus
· Generally required are advanced analytical skills, detail orientation and accuracy with good organizational skills.
· Successful candidates must also possess excellent interpersonal and team based skills, be able to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and work under time constraints in a matrix environment. International work experience is a plus.
· Act as an independent member of security review team and be able to document work in a professional manner.
· This person should also have experience with high availability concepts and solutions.
