Need Oracle RMS Support Specialist

 

Location: Jacksonville, FL

 

Duration: Long-Term contract (12-months+)

 

Top 3 skills:

 

1. Expert level Ability to support (troubleshoot, resolve, break/fix) errors with Oracle RMS applications (Subject Matter Expert) - Increased focus on ReSA, ReIM, and RPM.
2. Ability to communicate and escalate unresolved RMS issues to the 3rd party on-site vendor (OLR)
3. Ability to document ticket issues and how they were resolved as well as train/mentor more junior members of the team. Provide knowledge transfer to help the team grow to be independent of the 3rd party vendor.
