Re: [Cameroonpatriots] CAF threatens to ban Douala Reunification stadium

My brothers,
I am still referring you all to the 3 prison sentences metted upon Biya and his nation of LRDC, which Football is one of them. Whatever they will do in that nation will always back fire untill we leave that unholy union.

God answers prayers of His Servants.

CAF threatens to ban Douala Reunification stadium

Reunification stadium
The new champions of Cameroon Union Sportive de Douala may not have the privilege to play any CAF Champions League's match in their home town as their base, the Reunification Stadium of Douala, is threaten by a ban from the Confederation of African football(CAF) whose inspectors visited the site last Friday.
The CAF inspectors together with some members of Cameroon's professional league judged that for the stadium to meet up with CAF's minimum standards, the dressing rooms must be refurbish as well as the roof of the grand stand which collapse at anytime.

That stadium cannot even be compared to any high school field here in the US. I support the ban. How can a country that has produce some of the best players in the Africa and the world, not boast of a standard stadium in the nations economic capital? Why can Cameroon not even copy what other very tiny countries such as Rwanda or Equatorial Guinea are doing building first class stadiums? Soccer is the only major sport in most third world country today which is why most African countries are now developing their stadium except Cameroon.

Abakwa boy you seem not to understand our country cameroon. that is why you called it stadium. we call it in cameroon 'FIELD', you can use football before field so that it suits play ground for children. If CAF should ask cameroonian how we call the platform in Douala maybe it will annul the sanction. it is called FOOL BALL FIT. so it needs no maintenance or cleaning. if any country donates A stadium to cameroon, the journalists at CRTV will go back to school to learn new vocabularies on how to address it, you know they are used to CPDM/RDPC infos and names of Countries BIYA always travel to. CAF should not bother we are comfortable and use to that kind of fool ball fit. ANY HOW I LIKE YOUR ALLUSION.

The truth is, one person cannot do all the job or develop all of cameroon. But since Biya has bullied almost everyone and taken everything FOR himself, the realities Of life are now catching on him. If he were an organized being, such will never or hardly happen. Too bad.

Ban all the stadiums in Cameroon. The country doesn't have any good playing surface to be called a stadium.

Am wondering if that was a rice field surounded by fences or a stadium. This field will not even match the standard of a high school field here in the states as Dinga mention earlier. They should ban it with no second taught

it safes no situation comparing the stadium with a high school's in tge US.Even some of u making the the comparison have never been to the reunification stadium. All we are asking is that home stadia be updated. Biya is NOT updating anything that country, nor is he introducing new ones. SHAME!!!

Canon should play in Malabo and send the bills to Fecafoot and the government. It is shameful that an oil exporting country cannot even boast of a single stadium that meets the minimum standards of CAF or Fifa.Is Paul Biya really shame proof?

If you play football there just for some few minutes, you will come out from the field as a pig.The field look exactly as a swampy area. That is really a good habitat for the amphibians and insects like mosquitoes

Not willing to learn and take good examples..
If Small EQ. Guinea can build multi-complex sport grounds, why not Cameroon…
Bad, corrupt, greedy and wicked officials damaging Cameroon for personal interest…
Well the sad thing is that we are ruled by a people well known for chop broke pot…

Eto really had the right to condem the whole thing as amateurish and plagued with bad management.
The problem goes back right to the top , that is Biya. 30 years ago when Ahidjo was president he built all these infrastructures which made Cameroon one of the best in the world at the time…
All what Biya and his stupid ministers like Issa Tchiroma, and managers like Iya muhammed have done is happily steal all the money that came in thanks to earlier investments.
We have won more trophies within the last 2 decades than Cameroon ever did during the great days of Ahidjo thus raking in much money all of which has been stolen, by Iya and friends…
    What a country we have…
