The Re-Unification Patriotic Proclamation

We, Patriotic Aboriginal Anglophones of West Cameroon Extraction - PAAWCE -
mindful of our history as a nation, initiially under German rule, then
under French rule
of East Cameroon or La Republique du Cameroun, and under English rule
as Southern
Cameroons and Northern Cameroons, conclude as follows:

1) we remain patriotic to the nation state of Cameroon
2) we shall not sit idly and watch our fathers, mothers, brothers & sisters get
  arrested, maimed and killed under a brutal or benign dictatorship
3) we ask that our fathers, mothers, brothers & sisters who have been
jailed wholly  because of their political consciences be released immediately
4) we assert that the 1972 referendum tampered with national and international
  boundaries of the nation states of La Republique du Cameroun and West
  Cameroon or Southern Cameroons
5) we assert that the February 1984 decree renaming the country from "The United
  Republic of Cameroon" to "La Republique du Cameroun" be repealed.

We, PAAWCEs, remain steadfast and committed to a Cameroon, reminiscent
of the dreams of Dr. Bernard Nsokikang Fonlon, a Cameroon where English and
French shall be truly equal in status and practiced as the national language of
our nation.

We, PAAWCEs, proclaim that the Golden Jubilee of Re-Unification be celebrated
as a smooth transition of power, the passing of the baton of power at
Buea, the original  German Capital, from the incumbent President Paul Biya to a new
President of our fatherland who will be a  Patritotic Aboriginal Anglophone of West
Cameroon Extraction.
