Ragging is animistic behavior.It can be handled in delicate way so as to develop fellow being. Ragging is not restricted to junior and seniors alone. It also happens almost every where. New entrants in the corporate are not respected properly. They are misled by false and negative impression. These are very common and we should have proper intervention to tackle this social menace. Acceptance is the key. If we accept new entrant with hands of love and affection things will be really human and realistic. We need to develop proper strategy to assimilate new fellows with open heart. If we don't think of this then cost of damage will be too much to digest.We are educated to handle things with heart but we end up in using mind and may not give happiness always. Just following rules is not management. It should have human component in it.
