# Positions	DESCRIPTION:   NOTE: Local candidates preferred. Face to face may be required.   Responsible for the analysis, design, development, customization and be involved in the implementation of Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS). The candidate should have exceptional technical skills in development and customization of Oracle EBS and integration tools and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role you will embrace and adhere to IT standards, processes and methodologies.   RESPONSIBILITES:   v  Create technical designs from business requirements and engineer and develop technical solutions based on those designs v  Develop, customize, implement, enhance and support Oracle Applications APIs v  Customize and configure Oracle Application modules as needed v  Participate in system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results v  Develop reports using standard tools including Oracle Reports and Discoverer v  Preparing data interface technical and functional specifications and SQL, PL/SQL programs v  Prepare technical documentation as part of the SDLC process v  Review test plans & test scripts   COMPETENCIES:   ü  Must possess strong skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming and Oracle 11i development and customization ü  Demonstrated track record in the implementation and support of Oracle 11i applications ü  Good technical skills in Java, XML, Unix/Linux programming ü  Good understanding of the functionality of Order Management, Service contracts and Install Base modules ü  Ability to work in a global cross-functional environment partnering with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems ü  Ability to plan and execute tasks in a structured manner ü  Able to work, collaborate and contribute in a team environment   EXPERIENCE:   Ø  Minimum 4 years as an Oracle developer using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle workflow, Forms and Reports and Discoverer Ø  Minimum 4 years experience as a developer analyst working with the Oracle EBS, preferably Oracle 11i with the OM, SC, IB, Finance and Workflow modules Ø  Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware is a big plus Ø  Knowledge of SDLC processes and tools Ø  Must have experience preparing technical specifications, detailed design documents and developing test cases Ø  Oracle certification is a plus   EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with at least 4 years SQL, PL/SQL programming. Experience working in a technical role with Oracle 11i applications specifically Order Management.
