I have a patient that has fractured multiple E-max crowns / inlays due to bruxism. Using Z-prime and RelyX resin cem- can we get a nice bond to tooth with a full Zirconia Inlay??? ie: Bruxzir or any of the other brands out there. :confused::confused::confused:
