Dear dr. K. Sampatkumar Sir
Very compelling thought indeed. I presume loneliness has to be enjoyed through introspection, meditation, feeling the beauty of the nature, trying to connect with innerself, useful reading, and so on but not for sensory/material enjoyment. The most commonly found psychologic disorder amongst western population is 'lonely syndrome' because they try to enjoy loneliness through sensory/material gratification, which infact is momentory/temporary.
Thanks
