RE: [MTC Global] [Weekend Big Debate] Massive Online Open Course ( MOOC) & Future of Traditional Universities

I believe they will have to redefine their role. MOCC may serve the purpose of class room lectures but universities would be needed to carry on research work, innovations etc. as also act as platforms for interaction and dialogue. All said and done, modern technology cannot provide the flavor of face to face interaction and dialogue.
