Skills Required and Job Description:

Develop programs or scripts according to specifications and established coding standards, analyzing and testing them for accuracy and optimal performance Analyze current business systems, determining the scope and estimates for tasks related to issues that need to be resolved Perform integrated testing of systems for accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance Construct various software components, validating completeness and quality Coordinate the development efforts, Facilitate formal code  and lead code reviews,  establish and reinforce coding standards for programs or scripts Perform system software maintenance, support, and requirement analysis   Bachelor's Degree  in Computer Science, Information, or related field is preferred 7+years of previous software development experience Required:  Java (6), NetBeans (8) and Swing Front end development experience Effective communication and relationship management are essential Demonstrate quality leadership and team building skills Effective time management, and organizational skills are a must Ability to demonstrate effective problem-solving solutions is crucial to this role
